Once Order Placed Can Not Be Cancelled If The Customer Wishes To Cancel The Order Post 24 Hours, The Customer Must Contact Us Our Helpline No : 7977521976 Or Mail Us On Vivaa.Seatingsystems@Yahoo.Co.In. Once The Confirmation Of Cancellation Is Done A Refund Will Be Initiated To The Customer.
If The Customer Wishes For A Refund For Any Other Reason The Customer Must Bear A Fee Of Rs 2000 For Re-Packing, Quality Checks And Transportation For The Same. Please Note The Return Of The Product In This Case Should Be Informed To The Us Within 24 Hrs Of Delivery Of The Product After That No Claims Shall Be Made.
If A Customer Receives A Damaged Or Defective Product, The Customer Must Send An Email To Vivaa.Seatingsystems@Yahoo.Co.In With Images & Video Of Opening The Package Or They Can Also Send It On 7977521976 Of The Product Within 24 Hours. Once Our Team Confirms On The Issue, A Replacement Of That Defective Part Will Be Initiated. Return policy:
1. We Accept Returns Only In Case Of Product Damages On Arrival With Videos Of The Package Opening.

5. If We Are Not Ableto provide a particular part or service for The Issue Or Replace Part Or Replace The Product Then The Refund Will Be Processed In 10 Days.
6. The service for The Damaged Products During Warranty Will Take Around 7 Days From The Time Receipt Of Complaint And Replacement Will Take Up To 20 Days From The Receipt Of Complaint.
Who Pays For The Shipping If customer send back the product In Case Of Any Damaged Product Received? We Have Pick Up And Replacement Facility At mutual Cost paid by us From Your Place In Case Of Damaged Product.
